At Mountain Dogs, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
General Returns: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
Accessories: Accessories such as dog boots must be in ‘Like New’ condition for a return. Items that show signs of wear or have been used may not be eligible for a refund.
Pet Food: We stand behind the quality of the pet food we sell. If your dog won’t eat the food, even if it has been opened, you can return it for a refund.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exceptions
Clearance Items: Clearance-priced sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
